Adult ballet classes for over 55’s but all adults are welcome. Silver Swans encourages people over 55 years to explore movement in a creative way in the dance studio. Adult learners will experience the joy, wellbeing and social connection ballet can bring. These classes are a wonderful opportunity for social connection and community which increases health and happiness.
